Nestled within the tall pines of the Deschutes National Forest, OWW2: Oregon Water Wonderland, Unit 2, is situated along the Upper Deschutes River within the Three Rivers South community of Bend, Oregon. This area is renowned for its natural beauty and proximity to Central Oregon's recreational wonders. OWW2 is a charming community of 1/2 acre homesites that offers residents a unique blend of outdoor recreation, stunning landscapes, and a relaxed lifestyle.

OWW2 is managed and governed by the OWW2 POA: Property Owner's Association, to ensure its overall well being.  Mile High Community Management has been enlisted by the OWW2 POA for administrative, financial, and legal guidance. Property owners are encourage to contact Mile High with any OWW2 POA questions and concerns.
