Welcome to Oregon Water Wonderland, Unit 2

Nestled within the tall pines of the Deschutes National Forest, Oregon Water Wonderland, Unit 2 (OWW2) is situated along the Upper Deschutes River within the Three Rivers South community of Bend, Oregon. This area is renowned for its natural beauty and proximity to Central Oregon's recreational wonders. OWW2 is a charming community of 1/2 acre homesites that offers residents a unique blend of outdoor recreation, stunning landscapes, and a relaxed lifestyle.

OWW2 is managed and governed by the OWW2 POA: Property Owner's Association to ensure its overall well being. POA payments are processed through Mile High Community Management via the Mile High Portal.

The OWW2 POA is responsible for maintaining the assets and amenities within our community. These include, but are not limited to the following:

• Snowplowing
• Mailboxes
• POA Clubhouse
• Common Areas
• Drainage Ditches
